The offenses are punishable by the death penalty?
If you disagree with the death penalty I am not interested in hearing your opinion, please keep pace. This is not a question of death penalty debate. Assuming that we could expedite the process of executions in this country, crimes of name they feel should be punished with death. Feel free to include the required number of crimes for the crime of capital, as "23 DUI" or "70th Public Intox. "My list: Murder (two witnesses required or video) 2 Rape conviction for sexual abuse of a child under 12 third conviction for drug trafficking Terror designs (rather than just spinning ideas, I refer to the organization, the purchase of supplies, make drawings, etc. ..) The sentence for treason 15 for Driving Under the Influence (OVI in Ohio)

I'm one of those people you probably want to Move Along (and apart from this problem and some others, I am very conservative), ackowledge but this is a democracy and I'm in the extreme minority on this issue in the U.S., so I kind of accept the death penalty. Personally, if not a crime atrocious, I want to die rather than rot in prison, so in my eyes, "Shut the door, throw away the key" is worse than "the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia b_stard. "But despite my opposition to the death penalty, not to be nervous about someone who committed a terrible crime being put to death. So taking note that these are the crimes of the worst I order that dish out punishment – Murder (motivated by any strong evidence of multiple witnesses, confession, video, or DNA). – Violation (1 offense in the case of strong). – The sale or distribution of drugs to minors (2nd offense). If you distribute an adult, I do not consider than a crime. If you distribute a child, a felony. – Any type of plotting terrorism. – Treason. – Any sexual activity with a child (under of 13 would be a good age). – Any violent crime with guns-first offense.
