illinois dui fees

IN the last residents who seek to obtain permission from the Convention?

I just moved to Indiana from Illinois, and I'm looking to get my permission to bear bear. I realize all the steps involved, but in the application it says it is necessary to establish whether you have ever been convicted of a DUI. Does Illinois was 6 years I paid my dues, completed all the courses, and should technically be out of my disks (error of the university that I'm stupid, of course, still regretting). My question is, do not even bother trying to get a permit, can I have a gun in Indiana? I have my Illinois FOID card after of my sentence without any problems. I looked through the concealed carry laws in Indiana, and there is nothing specifically listed for convictions for DUI, except having to declare in the application form. Does anyone have any information on or prior experience that can help me?

I've been looking over Indiana's law code, and I see nothing specifically talking about DUI. I'm assuming that DUI is a misdemeanor. It seems that the great state of Indiana has the "will" issue rather than "issue". It seems that if they are not disabled by some other things, over-sear "Superintendent" may leave you has one or reject you. I call the police or sheriff's department and ask before you fork over the fee. I'm no lawyer and I live in a freer state (Texas). Good luck. I hope get to use their right and responsibility to protect yourself and those around you.
