dwi probation rules

Interstate compact and mobile .. What if you are sick, homeless and have family in another state.?

I do with my free ride parole in November 2008. I bought a plane ticket to AZ not know about interstate compact. I called at least 100 state agencies and read the rules of the need for application of IC. However, the situation is not exactly the no list. I have a DWI, and one wreclkess. I'm 64, just retired due to ill health, and dementia. My daughter and her husband have a place for me with them. If they refuse to let me go, what would happen if you leave anyway. I know for extritide not Arixona AZ. Only Oregon, Montana and California do not like going alone … but the alternative is liveing on the streets … I get 525. SS. And I can not drive and habit .. can not afford. Do I to ask for my experiment is over. Please help.

What's on probation for making the difference … I'm not clear from your question whether you are on parole for DWI, or if you are on probation for something else, and you have a prior DWI … If you are on parole for a felony, I think we have met the criteria for a mandatory (Arizona is required to accept supervision) … If you are on probation for a misdemeanor, becomes a bit difficult … But I met the other criteria for compulsory transfer: 90 days or more left on her probation, not the state of violation (I suppose), the resident family (daughter) in the receiving State and the means of support (the social security) … The question remains what is on probation by … Ask your PO to try the interstate transfer … If Arizona refuses, ask your PO what their other options are … Your PO must recognize that it is better to live with her daughter on the streets, so it could be placed in not reporting the situation and can move, or be able to have their parole terminated early so that you can move, or your PO might be able to establish an informal agreement directly with a PO of Arizona to monitor there … Just picking and leaving without permission is a bad idea … Will a warrant for his arrest, and was constantly looking over his shoulder … Best way to deal with him up front … A good PO can get you where you need to be, and do it legally …
