My friend was arrested stupidly with a cocaine pipe. He was clean for years and fell again during the holidays. He is from New York and returned to Marietta in 6 months for the preliminary. He was charged with possession of cocaine even though it was just a tube (which was to waste though) and one count of obstruction (do not feel like instructions, while its room Hotel was recorded). His bond was $ 2400 and was sent in about 20 hours. He also had to go to the hospital because she was lying on the floor when he got up and hit head and suffered a mild concussion.
